Reinvented chocolate cake

4 eggs
1 jar of natural yogurt (150 grams)
Use the empty yogurt jar as a measure:
2 jars of granulated sugar
2 jars of ‘0’ flour
2 jars of organic cocoa powder
1 jar of sunflower oil
1/2 jar of fresh milk
1 sachet of baking powder (16 grams)
grated zest of 2 limes
2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger

Beat the eggs and after add the yogurt, the sugar, the flour, the organic cocoa powder and the jar of sunflower oil.
Pour the sachet of baking powder in the milk, let it dissolve and then mix it with your dough. When the dough becomes homogeneous add the 2 grated limes and the grated ginger. Mix carefully and then pour the mixture in a round baking tin of about 28 cm in diameter.
Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
