Baked pumpkin with herbs

(for 5 people)

600g pumpkin
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
10 sprigs of rosemary (10 cm long)
10 sprigs fresh marjoram
10 sprigs fresh thyme
white pepper
salt

Cut your pumpkin into triangles about 1cm thick.
Line a baking tray with baking paper which you grease a little with extra virgin olive oil and arrange your pumpkin pieces on it. Add salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
On top of the pumpkin pieces arrange the sprigs of the rosemary, the marjoram, the thyme and the cloves of garlic, which you cut in halves first. Grind some white pepper on top and place the tin in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
